While enrolled in the year-long course “Turbo Cuisinier/Gastheer” at the “Academie voor gastronomie” in Hoog Soeren, Netherlands, I took pictures in class of everything we did. Towards the end of the class, I created a photobook of our journey using Blurb software. The academy used it for marketing purposes to attract more students and all the students could purchase it at cost, as a permanent reminder of what we’d learned and laughed.
